ORDER POLICY

PAYMENT

  • Step 1 and 2: After booking a time slot with us (Step 1), you will have 24 hours to complete Step 2: choose your juice plan and make payment. After which, we might have to release your time slot for others to book.
  • Payment Options: ➀ Bank transfer, ➁ Paypal Account or ➂ Credit Card through Paypal. There’s a S$5.00 admin fee for using Paypal.
  • No refunds: Your booking will only be confirmed when we have received payment. Upon ordering and confirming your purchase with payment, there will be no refunds.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES

If you do unexpectedly need to reschedule, cancel or change your order, you must notify us by email at least 3 working days* before your scheduled delivery date. (i.e. Inform us latest by Monday for a scheduled Thursday delivery.)

  • Less than 3 days’ notice: Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds.
  • More than 3 days’ notice: We will offer a credit for future purchases, valid for 6 months upon issuance.

In the following events (including but not limited to), we do not offer an exchange, refund or credit:

  • When any juice doesn’t suit your taste buds and you don’t like it. But please let us know so we can make sure that ingredient is eliminated from your future orders. Also, you might notice that your palate shifts as you continue to drink the juices — some natural items are an acquired taste.
  • The juices do not contain any preservatives and are unpasteurized so they have to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery and consumed within the next 3 days. Failure to comply with the above will compromise the freshness of your juices and we are not liable for expired juices.

DELIVERY POLICY

FEE

  • Delivery within mainland Singapore: S$20.00
  • Delivery to Sentosa: S$25.00
  • Self-collection option: Currently unavailable

LOCATIONS

  • We only deliver within mainland Singapore and Sentosa.
  • Deliveries to office/work premises: Please ensure that the delivery point is acceptable to your employer or office building policy for personal deliveries.
  • We do not deliver to the following areas: No-Go Zones (Mainly Military Bases, Changi Airport / Cargo Complex, Alp Avenue, Lim Chu Kang, certain areas of Changi / Loyang, Seletar Area, Tuas, Jurong Industrial Area, Jurong Island, and other outlying islands).

DATE

  • Delivery date should be one day before your intended juicing/juice fast.
  • For 3 Months Subscription: Juices will be delivered the same day of the month as your first delivery day (i.e. If your first delivery is on the 1st Sunday of the month, it will be the 1st Sunday of the next 2 months.). Each date change will incur an additional cost of S$10.00, subject to availability.

TIME

  • 5:00PM to 9:30PM. (Option of 12:00PM to 5:00PM for 1-Day Starter)
  • Please be available to receive the juices during the specific delivery date and time slot. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please provide us at checkout with his/her name, NRIC number and contact number for verification. Note that due to the perishable nature of our product we are unable to leave the product at your doorstep.
  • If we cannot reach you or your contact person at the designated address or contact numbers, and there is no one adult to receive the delivery, there will be no refunds and we are not obligated to arrange for a re-delivery. Please note that our delivery driver will only be available to wait for a maximum of 10 minutes for your arrival. After which, you have to self-collect your order at the next reasonable time; alternatively we can arrange for a re-delivery at a charge of S$25.00 at the customers expense if our delivery partners’ schedule permits.

CHANGES?

Your changes: You may change your delivery date and address 3 working days* before the scheduled delivery. Please note that we are not obliged to accommodate any changes if we receive your request less than 3 working days from your scheduled delivery.

Our changes: In the event that we are not able to deliver to you, or of late delivery, for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, for example vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, supplier failure or adverse weather conditions, we cannot accept any liability for any inconvenience or losses this might cause. We will, at our discretion, notify you to deliver another product, provide you with a new delivery time, or provide you with a full refund. Joogo shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of our products after delivery has been accepted at your designated address.
